When you register for an event we collect your first name, surname, and the names of any guests you add.
This data is stored in Google Sheets (Google LLC, USA) and is used solely to manage attendance at the event.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in organising the event. Data is deleted at the end of each event season, or earlier upon request.
When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address.

You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing staff@kltclubbers.com — we will remove your address.
When you upload photos or videos, your files are saved to Google Drive (Google LLC, USA).
Uploaded files may contain metadata (e.g. location data embedded in photos). By uploading you consent to this storage. Files are retained for the duration of the event season and deleted afterwards.
Legal basis: consent (you choose to upload). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us — we will delete your files.
We use Google Workspace (Google LLC) to store registration data and uploaded files. Google processes data under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. See Google's Privacy Policy.
No other third parties receive your data. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct it, request deletion, restrict processing, and data portability.
To exercise any right, email staff@kltclubbers.com. We will respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
